It seems like the bishop is under the king when I take the king!!

You cannot take king, not sure why you managed to  move your bishop to g7.  

Black played e7-e5.. dxe6 is mate.

I had a bug where a queen always stayed on b3, but when I reloaded it was not there.

The problem is not correctly set-up

Yes, this bug only occurred because it was an illegal position

I was just pointing because I was making a video, there was no arrows in ths kind of puzzles so when I was solving the puzzle. i was showing the video the illegal position
