about the problem i think chess.com should take down puzzles completely and then change them completly because there are so many issues with puzzles and that they are not even adressing them

i know they are fun but there is so much wrong that if one day they adress all of the and fix them the server needs to be taken down anyway even not for all problems at the same time but likebefore taking down indentify the cause and then take down do the changes and put it back on

Well in the meantime what will they replace puzzles with? People will lose their streaks like me.
