A few days ago my rating for puzzles glitched. I lost 500 ELO in one day, which I think is impossible. IS THERE A WAY FOR THE RATING OF ALL EFFECTED TO BE RESTORED? I worked a long time for that rating, and I would really appreciate if it was restored. I tried contacting support, and it just went to an AI chatbot, who wasn’t very helpful.
If there is any way, please let me know, or help.
