I really don't know. Try sending that pic to one of the staff and then maybe they will fix the problem? That is my idea.
Puzzle Rush
Not sure what can be done here. If the browser closes or restarts, it's a browser problem, not a site problem. If they made it that it only counts when it's completed, then people could exploit it by refreshing the page before the timer runs out
I believe that if it so happened that the browser or page was restarted, the player should be given the opportunity to continue solving puzzles from the place where he stopped, with the same remaining time. That would be fair, but I do not know if it is technically possible.
and when in a middle of a computer game such as agar.io, you reload the page and now all your cells got restarted
I don't know if a site can detect if a browser crashes or restarts or your internet connection is lost or if it's even allowed by law to monitor your browser with all the privacy laws or if it's even possible to tell apart a crash from a manual disconnection or refreshing the page
@Chessbovine, I agree, the introduction of tracking the browser is probably a violation.
@dsluser2086, great idea! I ask administrators to respond to this proposal, it is very interesting.
@NiceGarry, this will not only work, but it will be more convenient, especially with phones
The application never crashes at all.
Hello!
The browser restarted when I was in Puzzle Rush, and the workout stopped! And I can not repeat, because there is no premium account. But I'm not to blame for the fact that the browser has restarted. How to be? Today without a Puzzle Rush left, it turns out...
Sincerely, Dmitry (HappyMan_UA).
