Puzzles

Hello!

What have you done with the mobile version of the interface (see screenshots below)? Unable to solve puzzles. I click on the chess pieces, but there is no result, the site does not feel clicks. On the full version, everything is fine, but from the phone it is not convenient. Return, please, as it was before!

I tried it just now from my device and it seemed to work well. 

What kind of device do you have?

Blackview A20, browser Puffin. But before, everything worked fine with this phone and this browser...

Mostly a memo to myself, if I ever get back here, I'm medium informed on browsers, but have nearly not heard of Puffin except maybe as a name in a browser list. 

I should look into it, because I like trying new browsers. 

Sadly Puffin is not a supported browser for us  and using it could explain these kinds of errors. Would you mind trying in chrome, firefox, edge, or Safari and see if you have the same issue?

But I’ve been using Puffin for a long time and I haven’t had such errors before ... I used the tasks available for today, so I’ll check it on another browser tomorrow. And why doesn't your site support Puffin?.. Will this support in the future? I'll honestly write that I'm a little upset, because for me this is the best browser that works fast and stable and in which a lot of cache does not accumulate, compared to other browsers

Its potentially lots of extra effort to support additional browsers. 

I just checked some stats about browser usage stats and found that Puffins accounts for far less than 1% of users. It doesn't make sense to spend extra time to support a browser that so few people use when we could be making new features and improvements for everyone. 

The best way to get Chess.com and other sites to support Puffin would be to convince a couple million of your friends to start using it. 

Other browsers are available for the Blackview A20: it is possible one may be better for chess.com. There is no harm having different browsers for different purposes on a device.

I checked a whole bunch of browsers, and I don’t like any of them like the one I’m using now. Because this browser is the fastest, at least on my smartphone. No ads, Puffin has its drawbacks too. But for me the most important thing is the speed of loading pages and cache size, and Puffin has no problems with this, which cannot be said of other browsers. Chrome and Firefox are very slow. And what is Safari and Edge, I do not know, I did not find it in the Play Store.

Browser Edge - from Microsoft? Found in the Play Store. It weighs as much as 70 MB - the site on it does not work at all, nothing is pressed.

Can anybody advise me a good fast browser on which the site will work fine?
