Puzzles Rating De-sync

The problem with the Puzzles system in chesscom is that on the Android app, I did break 1900 just before I started solving puzzles again on the computer just a moment ago, and due to the de-sync my puzzle rating went back down to 1400 even though I didn't lose any ratings from getting puzzles wrong or anything. I thought it would get fixed in a few days but my rating stayed at 1400 so I had to grind my way back to 1500 even though I already broke 1900.

I really don't like having to ask my ratings to be adjusted but this is just nonsensical levels of unfair. I used to get 5 points per puzzle on even the most easiest ones and I would get docked maybe 7 or 8 points for getting one wrong but even though my rating is lower, I would still earn only like 2 points per puzzle and get punished heavily (like, 20 points) for getting one wrong. This is just utter nonsense, especially when I was earning more points when my rating was higher.

All the puzzles were updated, as well as each member's puzzle history was ran through the new rating algorithm against those new ratings.

You appear to be on Standard difficulty, which is the default, and that means the average rating of puzzles will be lower than your current puzzle rating. You'll get fewer points on a success and lose more on a failure. However, in your last 25 puzzles, you haven't lost more than 13 on an individual puzzle.

If you try Hard or Extra Hard the points gained/lost on each puzzle will be different, but the overall rating changes should be similar.

Same with me, i got a rating of 2002 in puzzles but now it went down to 1400. I have increased my rating to 1560, but gain 5 and lose 10+ in incorrect

Just... why... it was good the way it was before... now it's much worse.

The updated puzzle rating system better reflects the ratings of our rapid, blitz, and bullet ratings. Before, the puzzle ratings were extremely inflated.
