when you create a tournament it asks you max number of players just set that to how many friends you guys are and then join quickly so no one else can

If you're talking about a shareable tournament, the only people that can join it are those that have the link shared with them. Don't send it to anyone else.

how do i create one becuase if i create one normally then i share the link and still random people join so, How do you create a shareable tournament?

The tournament doesn't show anywhere for them to join. They have to have the link so don't share it anywhere public and tell those you share it with not to share it with anyone else

Are you sharing the link in a forum or club? Those tournaments are shown anywhere in the interface so people can't find them to join otherwise
