Questions
Caro Kann prevents queen sorties, as in Scandinavian. gives white fewer tempos and helps black develop in a meaningful way.

Caro-kann is for beginners and I don't like Scandinavian defence.

I really like Italian game because it has so many opportunities that also has a lot of opening traps so yeah

I don’t really take the Scandinavian Defense seriously. I can play it with black and win, but I’ve beaten so many Scandinavian players as white though I’ve never bothered to learn any triad or stuff. If you want to learn it, just make sure you’ve got everything down

playing something a little more off beat such as the caro-kann or the scandinavian is a good idea because it will generally be less popular than e5, so in general you will be more familiar with the opening than your opponent. That being said, if I was to go back and start leaning openings again, I would mainly play and learn the sicillian as black because its the hardest for white to deal with, namely I would play the dragon or najdorf sicillians.
Sicilian defence is good but complicated. Will try. Thanks for suggestion.

1.I always play French defence as black against e4.Should I learn e5 variations or concentrate on French defence variations?
Stick to your French. The best way to go is to stick to an opening until you reach high levels and you have to learn more. Besides the French is solid and e5 is way to popular. I rarely ever play e5 because people know how to counteract it.

My friend plays Caro-kann against me and he has lost everytime. In chess.com I have never faced any player playing Caro-kann against me because I play d4 as white.Maybe that's why.

It literally doesn't matter. Just play whatever you're already playing and focus on getting better at the middlegame. A lot of people keep asking opening questions when the reason they lose is they blunder all their pieces. Unless you're getting crushed out of the opening you really shouldn't worry about it.

Like a few people mentioned, try to stick to one opening. If you need to switch, you can, but don’t constantly be switching; openings are not that important at your rating.

Caro-Kann is great, definitely not just for beginners (beginners can play it, but it’s played at the top-level with good results).
If you decide to switch, it might be a good opening to switch to, because a lot of the themes are similar (the Caro has a bit less of an attacking nature but the light-squared-bishop is better). But yeah, super similar plans in the two openings.
Yo the sicilian is sick. I crushed higher rated people than me with it and I've been crushed by lower rated players than myself with it. you should definitelt learn it.

Sitbear, it does matter. you need to know structured openings to not lose in the first 10 moves.

Instead of suggesting a new defense that you could learn, I want to ask you two questions.
What reasons do you have to consider a switch to a different defense? Do you feel that your time is better spent learning a new opening or improving other aspects of your game (Tactics, Endgames, your understanding of the openings that you play now)?

It is clearly mentioned in the question that I'm not switching opening. I'm also using my time in learning tactics and endgames.
