Well I think you can try king's Indian if you want to build a strong setup in opening, protecting your king and playing a theoretical midgame
Questions

When I started chess as a beginner,I played e5 opening till 600 elo in rapid without learning anything. Then , I started losing. So, I learned French Defense and played till now. My friend suggests me to play e5 . So I am confused. Please help me.
The French is perfectly fine, as it e5. It’s up to personal preference, whichever one works better for you.
Not sure if this is the right place,
But I am new here and was wondering how do I create a post and share my jounrey here for the Improvers challenge?
Any help would be appreciated!

I'm 1100 rated rapid player in chess.com.
1.I always play French defence as black against e4.Should I learn e5 variations or concentrate on French defence variations?
I also used to play the French, and it works well, particularly at 1100-1400 rating band, mainly because you are choosing to take the game into your own lines and onto your own terms. Also, the main problem in the French, the bad light-squared bishop trapped behind all of the central pawns, isn't so much of a problem, as you could fianchetto it on the queenside, and your opponent will not be able to fully capitalise on this weaker positional move.
However, I do think learning another opening like the Sicilian, which is a more reliable and GM used weapon which, if you put the effort in now, will really help you down the line at 1700+.
This game which I played OTB kind of demonstrates the French bishop's weakness.
Overall, I would say that it does not really matter, but learning a more aggressive opening such as the Sicilian would be better in the long run, but if you do stick with the French, I would recommend GM Simon William's French Defence lessons on chess.com. But at 1100-1300, 99% of games will be decided by tactics.

What are some good openings for white and black. I like the French: advance variation for black and the London opening for White, please tell me if you have better ones.

Those are objectively good openings.
The openings you play are up to personal preference… but objectively speaking, you don’t need to look for “better ones”, because the ones that you mentioned are already good.
Only reason you might need to change those openings is either if you get consistently bad results with them, or if you don’t like them.

Are there any chess materials that you guys recommend for me to improve.
Chess puzzles and analysis are two important things… and if you need more analysis than your account will give (with the limited analysis for no-membership), lichess has free unlimited analysis (or you can look through the chess.com engine lines after your game to analyze it).
There are some good chess books, like Jeremy Silman’s Reassess Your Chess.

IMO at this level openings theory is useless. You dont win / lose because of it. In this regard remember to:
1) develop minor pieces,
2) control center,
3) king safety (castle).
It's all you need to know in openings.
Most likely you lose most of the games because you blunder your pieces.
Do a lot of tactics and always ask yourself 3 questions:
1) what opponent wants with his move,
2) what changed after his move,
3) if whether by moving a pawn or a piece you are not giving it away for free.
Base on those questions you will know what to do next. Do it and you will get to 1400 / 1500 in no time.
