R2GM Variants: 3 Checks of the Hill

In this variant we are mixing together: 3 check and king of the hill.

There are now 3 ways to win: Checkmate, 3 checks given to the opponent and Getting your king to one of the four center squares of the board (e4, e5, d4, d5)

I take the pawn and that is my third check.

this says that you cannot just sacrifice a piece to give a check, so the games will be more real, instead of games being just for king safety

That sounds interesting, so, if you check the king, sacrificing a knight or bishop, they will most likely be able to do the same to you, so it isn't really worth it anymore. Good idea!
