Umm...Can ratings go below 1200? I didn't think so.
Also I think you should calculate the rating using the player's Starting rating for all matches, like FIDE does. It would just be much easier for you and wouldn't make much of a difference
Shoot you are right, 1200 is the base rating I'm pretty sure, and yeah I was planning on keeping one standard rating. Otherwise I would have introduced new ratings instead of using players old ones.
