Reason of getting adam's account closed

i got a mail from chess.com stating this

Unfortunately your Chess.com account has been closed because we have determined it to be in violation of our Fair Play Policy. https://www.chess.com/legal/ fair-play
We are always sad when we close any account. We want everyone to be able to enjoy chess. However, we must protect the integrity of the game and cannot allow players to use outside assistance in their games (advice from other players, chess engines/computers, etc). We hope you understand that we work hard to keep Chess.com a safe, fair, and positive community for chess players around the world. Our server caught you soo many times spamming other people's profiles and forums. we muted you and gave you several warnings but you didn't stop doing all those stuff so we were forced to close your account forever.
We would like to offer you the chance to open a second account. If you will agree to following our Fair Play Policy, we will allow you to sign up for a second account by filling out this form here: https://lrm1u9gn.paperform.co/

when i visited fair play policy page, it said:

All of your moves must be your own
Do not cheat in any way
Do not get help from any other person, including parents, friends, coaches or another player
Do not use chess engines, software of any kind, bots, plugins or any tools that analyze positions during play
Do not use tablebases or any other resources that show the best move (in both Online and Daily chess)
You may use Opening Explorer or other books without engine evaluations in Daily chess only (not in Online / Live play)
Do not perform any automated analysis or “blunder checking” of your games in progress
Do not allow anyone else to use your account
Do not use anyone else's account
Do not artificially manipulate ratings, matches, or game outcomes
Do not interfere with the gameplay of other members
Suspecting your opponent of using outside help is not an excuse to do the same. If you suspect someone is cheating, report the player to Chess.com.
WARNING: If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated our Fair Play Policy, then we will close your account and label it as closed for Fair Play violation. For a full listing of the measures we will take to both monitor your play on Chess.com and enforce our Fair Play Policy, see the Termination and Account Limitations sections of our User Agreement.

and actually in fair play policy, it clearly says that you cant spam anytime soooo i guess you understand the issue here. i tried contacting chess.com but they said that they wont bring my account back soo yeah, that was my end. good bye guys

yeah, i am not sad of losing my friends and club but instead i am sad of losing my beautiful stats. sorry to say that. i loved my puzzles rating and puzzles rush score

it will take months and i dont have enough time now coz my summer vacations and membership are over

It's okay Bro. . Thinkingt it will only make it worse.. now I won't lie and say I know what you are feeling... I don't. ... I get angry at my mother if she gives me chores and I lose 8 points in my rating ... u lost everything.. all I can say is try to cheer up
