recent 15/10 live game

I won this game but until around move 14 I felt like everything was reactionary, and I was caught in a huge trade fest. By move 18 I think every pawn I had was bad except for h6 and g7. Please take a look and see what I am doing to allow him to manhandle me this way in the opening.
