Recommended Books (not chess instruction)

Best book on Bobby Fischer I've read:  Bobby Fischer's Remarkable Rise and Fall by Frank Brady

I read Hardy Boys books (1959-1979 & 2005-current) and will try a Tom Clancy book soon.

Ha! I loved the Hardy Boys when I was a kid and think I almost owed them all ;)

I own a bunch because my grandmom gave me some that the school library gave her, and also I bought The Tower Treasure, so I own like 20 or 30 of them. They're great!

If you are thinking of books like Clancy or Grisham... Try "The Testament" or "The Partner" by Grisham, "The broker" is good also.  These are super fast reads and pretty action packed (pretty close to actually watching an action flick in your mind).  I read tons of stuff - from Grisham, King, McCammon, to anything in politics, history, military stories, economics,  philosophy,  religion/anti-religion, mathematics, computer science, astronomy, consciousness, theoretical physics.  I like to keep learning all the time.

The Revolution by Ron Paul -- that is the best book I've ever read.
