Repetitive check.

I need some learning from one of y'all smart folk please. I am Coaching a young Lady and the time has arisen to learn her "repetitive check". I can not find the spot to claim draw. The draw button says "offer draw/or claim draw" but when pressed only offers her a draw??  How do I claim this:

P.S. It's time for her to learn it as it's the only way I can save a defeat! lol.

As it turns out I have answered my own post.  So here is what I have learned.  A special shout out to LadybelleF That I just stole a well deserved victory from; thus , bringing this learning opportunity upon us.  Thank you, wonderfully played game.

"That was the best game you have played. You won that one, but i pulled in an old "save face" legal, fair, and as you just learned useful chess rule. It is called repetitive check."

"Well my Dear Friend, one of the reasons I like to Coach is you must know what your doing in order to teach it, and I just got a head full. Thank you. So let me restart".

Repetitive, or perpetual check is no longer a rule. per se. What happens now is that during the "initiation, or use" of perpetual check you will either, hit the 3 move rule, or the 50 move rule; thus allowing for a draw to be claimed.

Nice information Keven! Many people get confused on those rules. As a note, on Chess.com, if you offer a draw and it is threefold repetition, the draw will be accepted automatically. I assume the same for 50 moves without a capture or pawn move, but I can’t remember any of my games dragging out so long.
