Request For Daily Tournaments Linkage to Clubs

I just wanted to put in a suggestion that I think it would a very useful new feature if a club could generate a daily tournament (for club members) and have it show up in their events section, similarly to how daily matches between two clubs show up in their respective club events section. The way I understand the process now is that any daily tournament generated even by a club owner and from within the club’s own “New Club Tournament / Match” link generates essentially an independent tournament that is not associated with the club or listed on its event page.

No doubt it’s more involved than it seems, but I think many clubs would find this a useful future feature.

If the developers listen to your request, it will only mean something else going awry

Yes, I’ve already copied a hyperlink into the “description” field, and know that I could also have done that in the “notes” or “forums” as well, but I’m looking for something that will place it not only in the upcoming events, but also when the time comes to automatically move it to the current events and then later past events categories. As far as I can determine there is no way to directly insert a hyperlink in the “upcoming events” section. Do you know a way?

In my clubs under the title page is a space for a box which we title "Team Events to Join", then underneath that we cut and paste the hyperlinks. I am sorry for calling that upcoming events as it will have led to confusion with the system's page so-called, which most people never get to. I find having them on the front page marked as events to join increases uptake

Thank you Equaliser769. Its’s a good idea as I can see your point about how it will tend to make upcoming tournaments more noticeable, and I will likely use that approach.
