Will never forget you my dear friend. Happy chessing my lad!
Rest In Peace Andy
I have been sitting here for 10 minutes and all I can come up with is Rest in peace? uh no, I don't think so! Andy was a very brave man with a great sense of humor and heart all the way through his year of suffering and fighting his cancer. I sometimes wished I still lived in Charlwood Surrey, about half an hour away from him he told me and that we could have actually met for some chess and maybe jam together some on our guitars. Yes, indeed rest in peace Andy!
Talked to your daughter yesterday Andy. What a wonderful person she is, just like her Dad. You had every right to be immensely proud of her. xx
Still miss you Andy but I am still in touch with your wife and daughter. We met up many times and played otb. Happy memories. We ran Team England together for 5 years. In 2013 we won Both the World and European Leagues, a feat never achieved before or since. Wish I could pick up the phone and chat like we used to.

You will be missed!
Sweet Dreams of Chess andy!
