Reviving Leaderboard 2021

Hey all, fellow chessers! 

It's been a while since our Leaderboard was updated. Recently I've asked one of the admins about when do they plan to update the leaderboard, and they replied that this is not the field of their responsibility. And I can agree, that it's a difficult job to meticulously count points for all players, especially when you haven't done it for some time. So I've decided to automatize these actions by writing a program, which does this automatically (Hallelujah, this day has finally come! No more slave labor!)

And a small bonus for you guys - a graph chart showing how Top-3 are collecting Leaderboard points in time.

Without the yearly leader board there is very little point to this club and no incentive to enter every week.

Noice, I automated the leaderboard as well, but in my method, you still have to copy-paste those 15 players each tournament in a separate sheet, but wow, python I assume?
