Riddles

Ok, so here are a few riddles for you - 

1.  What is one question that will get different answers at different times and yet would still be correct? 
2.  Two sons and two fathers go out fishing. They catch one fish each, but they only bring home three fish. Why? 
3.  Arnold Schwarzenegger has a big one, Michael J. Fox has a small one, Madonna doesn’t have one, the pope has one but he never uses it, Bill Clinton has one and he uses it all the time! What is it?

I think I know 1 and 2 but not 3

1: what's the time

2: there are three people, one is a granddad, one is the dad (the son of the granddad) and one is the dad's son. The granddad and the dad and the two fathers, the dad and the son are the two sons.

I searched up the 3rd one and it's surname right?

Same for one and two and I think the third one is surnames maybe?

2. The people who went for fishing were a male (Say, Astro) , his father and his grandfather. The grandfather (father of Astso's father) and Astro's father are the two fathers & Astro  (Astro's father's son) and Astro's father  (Astro's grandfather's son) are the two sons. lol

3. Umm... I'm not sure but maybe Surname
