why does 1300 recomend to 2100

i am 2400

and this online rating doesnt men anything play fide

Why do people always say "road to X elo"? Chess improvement is not a straight (or straight-ish) path where you'll eventually reach your journey if you just travel down it long enough. You want to gain 400 elo when you're already 2100 elo. This means you want your future self to be strong enough to achieve a 95% win rate against your current self. That is very difficult, and I don't think some forum posts will be most helpful to you.

How much time does it take to reach 2500?
