Just to clarify. You can start a game anytime between 00:00 UTC and (...)? This is very important here because I would doubt that your opponent would start a game in the middle of the night. He lives in England, in UTC +1.
In the SLCA, we do not want to ask the opponent to start a game at midnight local or 1:00 local. That's why we have defined the player's NPT (Normal Playing Time) to start a game as anytime between 7:00 local and 21:00 local. In principle, you have to make your IGOs consequently.
Now here's this:
Looking at the Time Boards above, we can see that the players's NPT collide between 11:00 UTC and 20:00 UTC. This is equivalent to start a game anytime between 7:00 EDT and 16:00 EDT. Or, in his case, between 12:00 BST (noon) and 21:00 BST.
It is highly probable that you will have to play during the week-end. Please proceed with the formulation of 3 decent IGOs.
