Not everything for the same day. Here's this from The Rules:

(5.1.3) IGO #3 must propose a game that would start at least 24 hours after the starting time of IGO #1.

Please add another IGO for a day other than 08/16.

@Thomas_Julen - We are waiting for you.

Unfortunately none of this times works for me. 

I suggest :

Sat 23/8 1600 and 1900 utc

sun 24/8 1900 utc

I can't play next weekend. I'm free the beginning of next week: Sunday(17/8) at 19:00, Monday(18/8) and Tuesday(19/8) from 18:00 to 20:00.

There's no need for the players to make 3 offers each time they post. Once both players made 3 IGOs (3 Initial Game Offers) and no deal, I suggest the players talk over the phone.

Then both players come back here and make me aware.
