yes you didn't challenge us
Round 2 Div. C Standings

Additional info can be found in the previous thread.

I send you a private message and a nwes reminder has been sent. That were 2 reminders of different types. Do you want more?

I sent a reminder message on Sept 17th that the challenge had not been issued. That's in addition to messages that Kacparov sent. Even if we believed the messages from Chess Empire were never sent nor received, there was also a message from the TD.
Chess Empire did not claim the win until Sept 23rd, 6 days later. I posted a score update Oct 23rd, at which time all matches were in progress for more than a month. It should be fairly obvious that each team in the competition is playing 3 matches per round, yet your team only had 2 matches in progress. You somehow missed that the 3rd match wasn't started? Then you finally wake up on Dec 9th to ask why the forfeit was recorded?
If it were late September and a challenge had been issued, I would ask Chess Empire to drop the forfeit request and settle the score over the board. There were several cases where teams were allowed quite a lot of leeway on starting dates and match specifics, when both teams agree.
Now, less than a week before the round ends, I don't see anything that can be done.

Yes, I waited 1 week after the schedule before claiming a win, that was almost a month to send the challenge. It's too late now, sorry.

Standings updated. This is going to be very close.
