Rules

If this club is going to survive we are going to need more specific rules.

like the rules (i dont think anyways) dont tell you what time control, Ave team rateing, what rateing you count, FF  L/D/W, etc

time control you play your games in

oh, and preferably before 16 days and 16 hours.....
