basicly it is since every single one was a American nuke

na it is not because they were all being transported on a plane and the plane's had tech problems so the discesion was chance the nuke going off when the plane's dropped it's load or guarente it going off when the plane's eventually crashed landed . but the interesting part is I believe 1 did not come with the nuclear stuff also none of the safety features fully failed on any of them each had half of the safety features working when they were found/diffused also none of the nukes had the same 2 working safety features witch is the more scary part of this . also there is one bomb part of a nuke still in the ground if i remember correctly but the area is heavily restricted to where the area can only be farmland any building on the land is prohibited .
