This week's variant: Crazyhouse
Finals Deadline: Wednesday, July 28th: 10:30 am EST • 14:00 UTC

Everyone must schedule their games with their opponent here.
In addition to scheduling it here, you may also PM your opponent and/or schedule your game on your opponent's profile notes.
But all time agreements must be posted here.

You will play two 3|2 games and two 5|0 games in this week's variant.
One with the White pieces and one with the Black pieces in each time control.
The games must be rated.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE NEGOTIATING

Consider ALL the time windows you'd be available to play a game.
(optional) Convert them to UTC time zone - Click Here for a practical tool.
Post ALL the time windows where you'll be free.
(Ex.: Friday 28th, 10:00-14:00 UTC; Saturday 29th, 15:00-19:00)
When a time agreement is set, you have 30 minutes from the specific agreed time to show up for the game.
We will accompany all negotiations being held and measure not only the pro-activeness, but also (and more importantly) a player's interest in getting a game
when ruling on forfeits.

IMPORTANT: When the scheduled game time arrives and you are online for your game, post the following at your Negotiation Thread:
"It is (insert scheduled game time here) now and I am here for my game."
Do NOT post it before the precise scheduled time for your game.

It is advised that you follow this thread. Your opponent must also post his time availability here, so it is wise that you officialize all essential game negotiation information in this here thread.
You should reply accordingly on this thread.

Also, please note that afterward you must post your game at the Finals Results Thread for it to become valid. Unposted games will not be validated.

I see! Unfournatley I can't play now or really anytime soon as I'm practicing for a bullet match! Would you like to set something up for 11:30-12:00pm EST tomorrow which does fall in time range you wanted to play!

If we're following standard UTC then your offered time is 15:00-17:00 UTC convert that to EST and you'll get the time that I negotiated, if that doesn't work out and I no-show or you because of miscommunication, then we can reschedule,

Hey, unfortunately those times are not in the window I offered, but we can play now if you like.

10pm-2pm PST, Schlappy if possible you may want to consider 1 hour earlier, or Schlappy you go half-an-hour earlier and Angry comes half-an hour later, since 5 hours later is often tough for many people ! Up to you guys just giving suggestions !
