We have successfully completed the first edition of the tournament with zero issues from all the players.
Best practices we followed and will continue the same at all our upcoming classical tournaments. 1. Created a 'Tournament Whatsapp Group' with the players, Arbiter, chess.com India head and organiser 2. Conducted the Player meeting through Whatsapp chat, two days before the first round start time 3. Published 1st round pairings at chess-results one day before the round start time 4. Published the pairings of each round at chess-results soon after the completion of each round and informed to the players through 'Tournament Whatsapp Group' 5. Dissolve the 'Tournament Whatsapp Group' after confirming the final results to protect the privacy of the players
