Best practices we followed and will continue the same at all our upcoming classical tournaments.1. Created a 'Tournament Whatsapp Group' with the players, Arbiter, chess.com India head and organiser2. Conducted the Player meeting through Whatsapp chat, two days before the first round start time3. Published 1st round pairings at chess-results one day before the round start time4. Published the pairings of each round at chess-results soon after the completion of each round and informed to the players through 'Tournament Whatsapp Group'5.
