husky123 -- You're the only one who lost an admin priv because you were the only one who had a priv unnecessarily. When I told you what I had done and why I had done it you said that I *must* give you that priv or you would leave. Did you read the news post I pointed you to? You should do that first.

The present focus should be on the tribes rather than on the city in order to get things swinging again. You said you liked that idea in dryan43's news alert about Losing members where he was worried that someone was going around deleting people. That was one of the ideas behind New Athens having a city and separate tribes with different admins for each. It becomes impossible for anyone to remove a player from both the city and a tribe without going through a democratic hearing.
Technically, neither I nor capt_hook should be admins at the tribes but when I tried it that way when I first created the city and the groups it turned out to be too clumsy for getting things done. As a result Archons are the only exception to the rule.
I didn't create the losing members news. I thought Archon Capt_hook would come back after some days. What gave you the change in mind, Shah?
Oh yes. Sorry. That was husky123 too. It was specifically that post which made me think to check everyone's admin privs to see if anyone had more than their fair share of it. I wasn't planning to do anything for a few more weeks (as per My First Anniversary) but husky123's post got me thinking that I should keep things churning so that capt_hook has a city to come back to.
I think husky123 was most upset about losing an admin priv he shouldn't have had in the first place. He's left now so no more issue except that he spammed the wall before leaving. I'd recommend he's not to join any New Athens group without first having made an apology and even then he should never be made an admin of any group for at least twelve months. In my experience, someone who shows that kind of contempt is also the kind of person who would be banning people with impunity. I don't think we want that in New Athens admins.
I should add that he's a 4th grader so we shouldn't be too hard on him. He just got upset when he wasn't going to get it his own way. I don't think he actually understood that he was getting more autonomy rather than less.
Hello, shah was made super admin and removed many admins and made them members. Including me. He took over the group because the founder isn't active and shah made capt_hook admin. Please post your complaints to shah here.
