Maybe there should also be an age or experience requirement (in some form) to start a new club. Maybe SA or admin of another club for one year. Most clubs that are started by children with minimal or no experience crash and burn.

I would think it is better if under 1 week can't even be Admin in a club. If the account is over a month old i think it is enough to be allowed to create clubs
