You probably won't get deliberately better by playing Blitz as it is more of a reflection of skill than anything else - but at the end of the day, Chess is a board-game meant for our enjoyment so don't shy away from playing as many Blitz or Bullet games as you want if you are doing it for that sole reason. However, if you really want to shift yourself to an improvement mindset I'd recommend investing yourself in chess literature/slower time controls instead.

Yeah, I think its a better idea if I just continued improvement for classical chess
