12...Be6 13.Bxb7 giving back the rook, and sacrificing another pawn?  You are a true gambiteer!

looks interesting there is a similar rook sacrifice theme in the Gruenfeld but I forgot what it was called.

I don't usually play 1.d4, but that is interesting.  According to the notes, Bronstein played it in a game against Boleslavsky.  It seems to be pretty popular.

One of our opponents, urvang, was kind enough to say that this was the most interesting correspondence game he'd ever seen.  Team Canada recently won another game in the same line:

What ever whites reply black has an easy game? exchanging pieces and surly wins the end game?

6...bxc3 7.Nxc3 mobilizes a new piece, and attacks Black's queen.
