Clear cache browser and in your PC, change browser, if you are in laptop, use 4G/5G and test if this keep going on.

I sometimes have slow loading time on match pairings, even in really common controls like 3+0…but this is all the time, if I try starting a slightly less common control like 15+10,or 30+0 I literally will not get paired which is annoying since I would like to play some longer games just for good training and I have a classical tournament coming up shortly and 10+0 is not really completely correct, I don’t believe their are absolutely no people starting those types of games especially as I have my rating range set to -25–+400?

Mot higher rated players do not play long time controls on the site
Everything is running slowly for me. Bots take, at times, two or three minutes to move. Starting a match can take 15 minutes at times. My pieces’ movements are delayed, horribly delayed.
This has been going on for two months now, and it is actually quite annoying.
Any Tips?
