Some boards in forums don't work

Sometimes when I go on a forum and see a board, the full UI appears, with the place where moves should go available, but it is just the starting position with no moves. When I reload sometimes it works, but other times it doesn't. 

Could you send a screenshot for clarification?

It's alright with me. I just checked and it was fine. Maybe it's your browser cache?

Or it's just that the servers are down. Because sometimes I get this problem but you just have to wait or reload for the servers to clear up.
