Some players block the chat for without any reason, even if there are any message written

As much as I don’t like the things that YT4PC has posted in this club recently, he has a very fair point. You can’t exactly argue for chat rights when you abuse the chat and break its rules.

i really whant that this habitude of locking the chat before the first move change

one thing i whant to say them is that locking the chat whithout any reason is a bad thing, is not kind for others players and i invite them to be more indulgent, respectious and kind with others players because lock the chat is very brutal.
