Have a single checkbox 'I am human' ... this BS was dismissed as stupid back in the 80's. Even humans can't read these codes. SHAMEFUL.

They've lifted it!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! And the tiny dumb emoticons window has been replaced with a LARGE able-to-see set of emoticons with far more smiley icons and they are current - not from the 1980s!!
I'm no longer grumpy. 
Uh, until I select an emoticon for here and they are ... small and old again. hahah! Well, things take time!! Thank you Developers - I'll try to be nicer!

That CAPTCHA only happens when the site is experiencing higher spam attempts and is temporary.

I'd far prefer the checkbox 'I am human' but maybe nowadays it doesn't protect as well. Tech faces a whole new world from what we dealt with just ten years ago. Thank you, Martin. :-)

I agree we need to hold this Development team to high standards since we all (or most?) DO pay for the service. I just read they closed 300,000 bogus accounts in March 2026 so how about cutting them some slack.
Martin doesn't need to 'make stuff up.' There is plenty REAL stuff in here that they're working on. He MAY withhold certain aspects (as is his job) but he isn't lying. CLEAR ENOUGH?
ADDED: IF I'm wrong on that date or those numbers, it is because I'm old and forget things. I am not a liar either.

The jobs definitely needs you to be taking a bit of copium. Some of these 300k bugs shouldn't even be there, shows how bad the site was made for the to be that many bugs. 1k bugs at most, not 300k bro.
