Spammers in team mode

I just played a team game where my opponent kept placing arrows everywhere and even trid to tell my rooks to go diagnol. . . Then they left the game making me lose points, now, I beg the chess.com four way chess team to FIX THIS.

I had the same thing a few games back today, he drew more arrows than Google Maps, SMH

I had multiple 4 player FFA games where one guy offers to team up. If someone teams with them, good. Else he would feed points and/or resign immediately

Cant stop chat in teams
This happened in a team game recently where someone was literally spamming allchat. Before the first 5 seconds, we had 11 messages from them. This guarantees we cannot teamchat effectively, since we need to scroll up to read each others messages.
What can be done to stop such cases?
