State 2019 Tactical Exercises U1500

I'm going to just use this forum post to contain all tactical exercises from a variety of sources, aimed at the players under 1500 USCF (and primarily U1200). If you guys have stuff to add, feel free. I'm starting with an example from Blokh's 'Combinative Motifs.'

#1 (Blokh 9) A) Solve for White to Play. B) Solve for Black to Play.
