That should only be happening on pages with forums, the main messages page, and Vote Chess (maybe matches and daily tournaments too).
It appears to be related to https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/bug-failed-to-load-plugin-placeholder-from-url and is being worked on by staff right now.
When i hover under the Connect tab, there's supposed to be a list of your friends, clubs and chat. But for some reason they disapeared
