Rating preferences should be removed from unrated challenges. I tried to challenge my friend who is an NM and since he has a rating range enabled I can't challenge him unless I'm 1806 or something like that, and I'm only 1200. since it was an unrated challenge and we are friends, I thought it would go through but I still couldn't challenge him. It would be a lot better if unrated challenges ignored the rating range between friends.
