Pretty sure the tech to do that is quite complex and unlikely the site would have the expertise or technology to do it.
I think I recall reading something a while back that Chrome may be getting the ability to do that on watched videos at some point though.
Suggestion: automatic translates.

The tech may be complex on the back end but there are apps out there they could add to their site. Most that I found use Google Translate to do it. Just depends on the cost to pay for the subscription. I am sure they could create an API to reach back and do it themselves but that still requires the resources and expertise to build it out. It also isn't perfect, so they have to account for that in some way.

My (professional) experience is that automatic translations are not great for situations like this. If I understand you correctly. I assume you would like to convert English spoken audio to Spanish subtitles. Right? That means two steps: 1) converting audio to text and 2) translating the text to Spanish. Both steps will add inaccuracies, mistakes or even blunders sometimes, especially when chess related terms are used.
Maybe chess.com can provide a transscript for videos, so the first step of audio to text is skipped and then any translating tool, like Chrome, can do the rest. But still, be wary of translation errors.

Thanks for your comments.
I thought that maybe there was an API that could be used, I don't know if YouTube provides an API for that.
Ideally, Chess.com would do the translation, but I thought that would be a lot more work.
I also agree that there may be errors in the translation (it depends on the speaker many times) but "worse is nothing".
Thank you very much again for taking the time to read the tip.
If I find any API I will notify you.

In Google there is an API to get video transcripts and there is another to translate text:

Regards.
Will it be possible to add automatic translations to videos like on Youtube?
Thanks!
