Hello,

This is a suggestion which could benefit in Fair Play Policy.

Suggestion: When You Play A game , the winning streak of person would show. For Example. If I am playing Rapid then it would show my Opponent has a winning streak of 5 along with rating.

I know we could check it , on their account but on Time Controls like 3+0 or 2+1 it's not possible to check every time

That is good but it would not benefit the fair play policy.

Because even a good player can get 5, 10, 15 win streaks in a row,

and if we report the good player he would not be banned.

This Could Benefit If one Person had 30+ winning streak or for example a person with old account 1000 rating gets on 10 wins in a row isn't that suspicious

Yeah, now with this reason, I think this is useful.

This would be a cool feature, not only for fair play, but it would be also funny to see people flexing their winstreaks in chess lol

Sounds pretty interesting i would love it

I think this could lead to many false reports and would actually be an obstacle to Fair Play.

Also, it could intimidate opponents (especially if they don't have Focus Mode on) causing them to tilt before the game even starts.

It's a neat idea, tough.

If a player knows when to report, then it's helpful.

If your playing 3+0 it's not possible to check winning streak

draw would pause, lose, or continue winstreak? if lose, players can draw to hide it

Not only 3+0, but many other time controls like 1 minute or 2 minute.

In 1 minute One cannot cheat, because it would take 4-5 seconds consistently.

This is also a good way to identify cheaters If one is better in rapid and blitz and not so good in bullet they must be cheating.

My Quote Feature isn't working,

Good Question ! This is a good point Chess.com (if they implement this feature) should countinue Win streak after a draw.

Avatar of Iamplayerofchess

And If one loses ( a cheater would never get a losing position unless other player is cheater) If one resigns in a winning or drawing position you should report them. ( after your own investigation)

i think that a draw would do nothing to a win streak

Avatar of Ansh_Power

yeah so pause it so if u have a 21 winstreak then draw it still shows up as a 21 winstreak, not reset to zero or continued to 22 (just an example)

Oh trust me, cheating in 1 minute or even 10 sec is easily possible.

Scripts that automatically play the moves.

Avatar of Ansh_Power

Scripts get auto detected and banned usually. If they don't chess.com does an investigation and shuts down the source of the script. If they cannot do that, they trace the script and sue. They also have another 999,997 ways to stop that from happening.

Well, I've seen bots auto-playing moves before.
