I like this idea but am going to play devil's advocate for a second.
Don't you normally analysis your moves before setting them as conditional? In which case, they would already be in your analysis?

It depends, I try to do it in my head first and sometimes if I see a tactic right away I just make the premoves. If it's something more complicated, I play it out and see if I missed anything on the second board. I mostly use the premoves to pump out theory moves or if there are forced moves, lets say my opponent has one or two moves to defend or recaptures and I premove the replies, so it would be nice to include them, especially if I do end up missing one other response. Otherwise I do use the second board first or don't premove at all, but it would also be nice to see which ones from the second board ended to be the premoves as I also look at lines that I dismiss and it can get messy. And it would be especially interesting to see if the premoves were actually played or rather that certain played moves were premoves.
It would be interesting to see at which points I was able to predict the response and if that was actually the best move.

In daily games the variations from the second board are automatically carried over to the analysis.
However the what-ifs are not. By that I mean the daily game premoves where you can predict your opponent's moves and your response.
It would be interesting to have them, maybe even marked through annotation that it's the prediction line, in the analysis to see how good your predictions were and if they actually happened.
Also it would be nice to be able to edit them or at least remove the last move as if you make a long variation but have a mouseslip at the end, you need to delete it and enter everything again.
