Suggestion for Comment Reply Functions

1st Suggestion:

You shouldn't be able to quote a comment and then edit what they said. I've seen people do hurtful things with this. 

2nd Suggestion:

You should be able to click on a quote and have it send you to the original message. It would make searching for comments much more convenient. 

I disagree. The people who abuse this feature are the minority (at least in my experience) - I have rarely seen it. Thus, I don't think this feature should be removed because a few abuse it. Rather, I think the majority should report those who misuse it. After all, it can be quite helpful especially when you only address a portion of a comment (this comes in handy with especially large comments), such as I am doing now.

I think that's a terrific idea! 👏🏻 I would also love for CC to automatically @ the username instead of me having to input it manually every time and for the space between the username and the "wrote:" to be removed.

@ in front of a username doesn't do anything but link the name to the profile

But, for some reason, the space immediately after gets removed when I add @ to the username in the quoted comment box. Normally, this problem does not appear, but it does when quoting another's comment. "Martin_Stahl wrote:" becomes "Martin_Stahlwrote:".
