some membership people can delete their flair so they have "no" membership

Yeah! It would be mush easier to see what it really is and Staff could then have it! Or, when you hover over it, it shows, unless you are a Staff member, then you get a green pawn AND a flair.

Staff don't, but they have all the benefits(except that they can't have flair, which my idea, or having custom flairs would fix) that premium have.

Gold is premium. Basic members don't. So, if a member has flair, they are premium.
