Unrated even lets you choose your color as well. In daily you can choose the stating position if you want to train those. Doing the same in live will likely happen soon as well.

Linking this to the other thread (that I lost track of) where if you are REALLY new to the game, there are long term dangers of starting with a 400 rating or such, some servers have a "beginner's lobby" that, in this site's lingo, would roughly auto-set Unrated and maybe a few other things, so sure you could get a few snarks but people can maybe do Live in another color like Leaf Brown so they know they don't need to toggle settings all the time.
With the recent rise of Twitch, and lots of Club events, it takes willpower to keep toggling settings.

Sure, we can all practice chess through battling other players on live and daily chess. But I would like a way where we could all battle players without earning or losing any points. That would be nice, especially to the players who are new to the game of chess and don’t want to lose any points.
