I have a suggestion on how news could work in v3. I have lots of ideas here, I would appreciate if someone helped me with more ideas or improved the things I have already suggested. It can be hard to give feedback on this if you are not used to v3, but I have been in v3 for 4 months. So this is how I want it.

And this is what it could look like as an alert.
Just a bigger "box" for news alerts, with some text about the news article. And when you click on the alert it would take you to the news post, not the list of news articles or the groups home page.
