Yeah I don't call him that either... Plus some Americans or maybe other people from around the world. Do not cook them. I always cook my tortillas. They have special pans made out of cast iron specifically for tortillas. I will throw a tortilla on an open flame and just flip it constantly. Until it slightly bubbles. And is a little toasted. Not too toasted though. I refuse to eat raw tortillas.
