I want Olgard to have a prime position within world wide UFO conspiracy theories. And I want the AquaNauts to be at the centre of it.
underwater bases, underwater aliens, communicating with creatures of the super deep? strange lights on the water, underwater. Missing boats, and boaters....
Maybe Olgard really is communicating with aliens. Maybe they really have secret underwater bases. Maybe they don't. Maybe it's all a misunderstanding, maybe it's natural phenomena. Maybe it's a false flag program to divert attention from underwater nukes (which the world suspects), and/or the Narvi Gaol (which no one suspects)
The aliens have been given a blue print for how to behave...first find a remote spot where hardly anyone goes..next find the person least likely to be understood or believed by another person....next walk up and down in front of them making silly noises and flashing a light bulb...laugh..fly away. They have been doing this in the Nevada Desert for years and now might like to move to Olgard.
The organisation in Olgard for UFO Research could be called the Conditions for UFO Negotiation and Transmissions Society...cant think of a catchy acronym for that...?
