It's doing the same thing for me also in Legend League. It's been going on for a few days now.

No, I've heard from many people the same issue. Apparently it just hasn't started in weeks and there's some problem going on

There was a bug introduced last week that was fixed. So, if that's from last week's division, staff are aware and looking into it.
However, it's very possible you'll have to quit leagues, rejoin, and play a game to get into a new division.

A bunch of people's leagues won't start. Everyone I've seen this with is stuck at 30/50.

As mentioned above, you may need to leave and rejoin to get unstuck.

You're in a stuck division from last week that's bugged. If you leave leagues, rejoin, and play a game you'll be added to a new division.
